Cj has worked in a traditional office setting, an individual office, co-working places, coffee shops and many other places, but he says working from home has made him more productive and happy in his work life.
Getting started and productivity was a scary part for him because he didn't know whether he would get distracted doing tasks around the house, but he says it's important to establish work hours and have a working space separate from living space.
A pro of getting to work from home is that you get to choose where you live, but a con is that you may get paid less.
