We have been seeing many people getting ready for finals and we wanted to help guide you through them.
We know it is a stressful time, we are here to remind you to take a deep breathe because you've got this!
Here are a few things to do to get in the right headspace for finals.
1. Take advantages of any and all resources you institution has to offer. They may have some tutoring services and may even provide free test supplies.
2. Continue your self-care routine. Do not stop, continue caring for yourself.
3. Don't forget the stuff you need to get by. Make a list of all the things you need to get through the day and post it somehwere you will see it often.
4. Take all the breaks you need. Nothing should be or feel rushed, so take the time you need in order to jump right back in.
5. Take advantage of your school's counseling center. If you need some extra help go and speaak to your councelor. If you may need extra time for your actual final, speak to a councelor and see if they are able to give you extra time.
6. Make sure you speak to people about your accomodations. Many people need some accomadations, and schools will work with you so go and speak to a councelor.
7. Find an animal and hang out with them. If you are not allergic to animals, please go and hang with a dog or a cat. This will help you calm down.
8. Get coloring. Color your heart out, a small distraction is good.
