The prize is valued at $100.00 and is courtesy of Live Nation. Winner is responsible for transportation to the Los Angeles area. The Contest Administrator and sponsors are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing any Winner with any form of compensation for events that are canceled, rescheduled, or delayed. No alternate or replacement Prize will be awarded for any canceled, rescheduled, or delayed Prize event. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Contest Administrator and its sponsors.
