Sponsors and brands continue to bail on the queer community in our time of need

Some of the country’s biggest Pride events continue to feel the pain of losing hundreds of thousands in corporate sponsorships.

Organizers say promised funds have been withdrawn or reduced with others saying they’ve been ghosted by longtime corporate partners — fearing backlash from the Trump administration.

Anheuser-Busch walked away from St Louis Pride after more than 30 years. With San Francisco losing backing from longtime supporters Comcast and Nissan — among others

Even Target, a major Pride sponsor in the past, bailed this year. Smaller events are hurting the most — some down nearly 90%.
