The pair dropped the new collaboration that marries Lambert’s Texas style with Iglesias’ Latin roots for a one-of-a-kind song that celebrates the joy of being in love. “Texas meets Spain! Can’t wait for y’all to hear this one,” Miranda teased on social media a week before releasing the song.
The duet was penned a number of years ago by Iglesias alongside Carlos Paucar, Simon Wilcox, Ross Golan and Nolan Lambroza and joins a fair number of Country/Latin duets over the years.
Others include Kane Brown and Becky G (“Lost in the Middle of Nowhere” the Spanish Version), Julio Iglesias and Willie Nelson (“To All the Girls I’ve Loved Before” and “Spanish Eyes”), Midland and Jay De La Cueva (“Drinking’ Problem” The Spanish Version), Carrie Underwood and David Bisbal (“Tears of Gold”) as well as Carin León (“The One (Pero No Como Yo)).” Additionally, Pitbull has collaborated with various Country artists including Dolly Parton, Zac Brown, Blake Shelton.
