Leslie Fhima won’t be in “The Golden Bachelor” wedding, but she will be there.
Fhima, star Gerry Turner’s runner-up on the reality dating show, shared on social media she’ll be attending the nuptials after leaving the hospital for surgery.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Fhima posted recently on her Instagram Stories about feeling sick and eventually having an operation.
“I know that everyone was just curious to know what I did on my birthday,” the 65-year-old said. “I spent it in the hospital. Yes, I had a bowel blockage, severe cramping, came into the ER.”
She then reported it was a blockage related to scar tissue from an appendectomy during her teenage years.
"I'm definitely on the mend. I'm feeling so much better, that now I get to go to the wedding. I can't wait to support Gerry and Theresa on their beautiful day. I know it's going to be really, really amazing," she said.
Gerry Turner ultimately asked Theresa Nist to be his bride.
“The Golden Wedding” will air Jan. 4, at 8pm EST on ABC.
