Talk about a catfight.

A 56-year-old Florida woman, Wendi Hird, was recently in an argument with her 73-year-old male roommate that escalated quickly. Their "verbal argument" turned physical after Hird picked up the cat she shares with her roommate, and hurled it at his face, according to police.

The arrest affidavit states that Hird "took their cat and threw it on the victim’s face, causing the cat to scratch the victim’s face," and followed that up with an actual strike to the face!

The victim suffered minor injuries to his face due to the attacks.

Hird was arrested following the incident, and is now facing charges of domestic battery on a person over the age of 65. This isn't Hird's first run-in with the law, either.

According to the NY Daily News, her rap sheets includes convictions theft, battery, drunk driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, prostitution, and probation violation, and spent nearly five years in prison following a 2005 conviction for battery on a law enforcement officer. She also previously spent a year in prison for escaping from police custody.
