Switching uniforms can be weird, just ask Mookie Betts

Uniforms are a big deal. Just ask those weighing in on the Patriots' switch Monday, or simply listen to Mookie Betts' take on morphing from red and white to Dodger Blue.

"It was weird, man,” Betts said in an online chat with Dodgers broadcaster Joe Davis. "It took my mom calling to say, ‘You look good in blue’ before I accepted it. Accepted the blue. It was super weird. It didn't take long to get used to it. The guys in there made it seem like home."

Betts a great amount of time in this seclusion has been taken up by playing the football video game "Madden NFL 20."

"I have a new appreciation for what GMs go though," Betts said in regards to managing his video game roster.
