Jordan Richards is apparently back with the Patriots.

According to ESPN's Field Yates, the team is signing the veteran safety. Richards was selected in the second round of the 2015 draft and spent the next three years with the Patriots before being traded to the Falcons during training camp in 2018.

Richards played in 12 games with the Falcons last year and finished with 39 tackles.

As a free agent last offseason, he signed a one-year deal with Oakland, but was released at the end of training camp.

Bringing in Richards means the roster is now full and they will need to make another move to get Benjamin Watson on the roster if he is to play Sunday against the Redskins.
