FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots have added two players to their practice squad -- offensive linemen Colby Gossett and Najee Toran.
Defensive end Gerri Green's signing also became official, but it was reported he signed on Sunday.
Gossett and Toran indicate the team still isn't 100 percent confident in its backup offensive line depth. After being drafted in the sixth round last year by the Vikings, Gossett was signed off their practice squad by the Cardinals and ending up by playing in five games, including four starts at left guard. Toran was an undrafted free agent signed by the 49ers last year and spent the entire season on the practice squad.
In addition, offensive tackle Tyree St. Louis has been released.
Also, according to NESN.com's Doug Kyed, fullback Jakob Johnson does take up a spot on the practice squad. The Patriots did not declare him an International Practice Player, meaning he can be signed off of the practice squad by the Patriots or another team.
Here is what the practice squad looks like as of Monday.
