Olney adds: "the expectation is that they will in an effort to upgrade the '21 team."

It's unclear what some of the other moves could be, but the Red Sox have reportedly had interest in a number of pitchers that are still available.
According to USA Today, Rob Manfred has told teams to expect spring training to start on time and to plan on playing the full 162-game schedule.
