Those clamoring for the Giants to choose a quarterback with the 6th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, got their wish Thursday night. Well, sorta. Dave Gettleman used the pick for Duke signal-caller, Daniel Jones and let's just say, Big Blue's GM, has some explaining to do.
Gio returned Friday morning to break it all down along with Boomer and boy did they have a lot to say. You know the drill folks, it's a Friday, so start actin' like it.
The guys talk about how big of a reach it was to take Jones at six and how it could turn out to be a disaster for the Giants. Boomer describes the pick as "bizarre" and Gio says one of his friends already sold their PSLs for their season tickets after the Giants made the pick.
