It was another successful day of baseball for the locals, as the Yankees hit all sorts of long balls and got another solid outing courtesy of Luis Severino. Meanwhile, the Mets grinded out a 4-2 win over the Phillies in a game that could only be seen on Facebook.
With all that said, Boomer & Gregg had plenty to sink their radio-talking teeth into Thursday morning, as baseball is booming in in the big city. Let's just hope it stays that way for a while.
