
Former New Jersey Net and New York basketball legend Kenny Anderson is in the hospital after suffering a stroke over the weekend, according to former NBA guard Ron Harper.
"Let's say a prayer for my guy (Kenny Anderson) who is (in) the hospital after having a stroke over the weekend. You're in my thoughts my brother," Harper wrote on Twitter Tuesday.

The 48-year-old Queens native was a four-time Parade All-American while attending Archbishop Molloy High School, and was named New York's Mr. Basketball in 1989.
Anderson went on to be the second overall pick in the 1991 NBA Draft by the Nets.
The 6-foot-0 guard played 4.5 seasons with New Jersey, making his only All-Star appearance in 1994. Anderson finished his 14-year career having played for nine teams.
