Francesa: Pregame Open To Stanley Cup Final Was 'Ridiculous,' 'Awful'

The Medieval Times-style opening to the Stanley Cup Final was "the worst open in the history of creation," WFAN's Mike Francesa said Tuesday.

The nearly five-minute production at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena featured knights, catapults, sword fights and more. It all happened just before Michael Buffer announced the starting lineups of the Vegas Golden Knights and Washington Capitals in Game 1.
