The Giants announced Monday that they have released linebacker Connor Barwin after just one season with the team.
Barwin, 32, appeared in 15 games this season after signing with the team during training camp in July. Barwin finished the season with just 12 combined tackles, one sack and four passes defended. He started just three games.
Barwin spent four seasons with the Texans, four years with the Eagles and one with the Rams before joining the Giants. He has 270 solo tackles, 366 combined tackles and 56.5 sacks on his career.
