Yankees' prospect Justus Sheffield will pitch in the Futures game on July 15th, as announced by Triple-A Scranton coach Bobby Mitchell.
This game is one of the many MLB All-star events, and it is an honor that Sheffield will play.
Sheffield was acquired by the Yankees in 2016, in a trade alongside Clint Frazier. The 22-year-old pitcher has only allowed one run in his last 2 games played.
