The Knicks didn't exactly excite many people with their offseason. They struck out on Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Kemba Walker and all the other big-name free agents. They ended up with Julius Randle as their biggest signing.
One of their signings was swingman Reggie Bullock. The Knicks signed Bullock to a two-year, $21 million contract. That might change soon though. According to multiple reports, the Knicks are re-working that contract with both sides motivated to find an agreement with new terms.
ESPN Sources: The New York Knicks and free agent Reggie Bullock are re-working an original two-year, $21M deal, with both sides motivated to find an agreement with new terms. Agent David Bauman and the Knicks are re-evaluating Bullock’s fitness to play a full season in 2019-20.

July 9, 2019 The exact medical issue is unclear, but there was an issue with his physical. That's not a good sign that he's apparently not in good enough shape to play a full season. According to ESPN, with the Knicks clearing up cap space with the Bullock contract, Marcus Morris is considering signing with the Knicks. Morris originally committed to a two-year, $20 million deal with the Spurs, but is now re-considering his agreement.
The Knicks announced officially Tuesday the signings of their other free agents: Randle, Bobby Portis, Elfrid Payton, Taj Gibson and Wayne Ellington.

July 9, 2019 Portis, Payton, Gibson and Ellington all have team options after their first year, which means the Knicks can pretty much try again next summer for a bigger haul if those guys don't end up working out in the 2019-2020 season. Randle has a team option for the third year of his three-year, $63 million contract.
