Jets safety Jamal Adams joined Carlin, Maggie & Bart on Tuesday to discuss the state of the Jets following a 1-3 start.
The Jets fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars, 31-12. New York is currently on a three-game losing streak and has fallen to 29th in the USA TODAY NFL Power Rankings.
"Of course everybody is frustrated -- we're losing," Adams said. "But at the same time, you can't sit here and continue to be upset about what's going on, because you're not making it any better. You can't add to the negativity that we're hearing outside because you're just fueling the fire of the negativity. So, all you can do is stay positive and stay the course."

The Jets have only scored four touchdowns, while allowing eight touchdowns since winning their season opener against the Detroit Lions.
What does Gang Green have to do to turn things around?
"Continue to do what you're doing," Adams said. "Just lock in on the little details, continue doing the little details. Maybe that's watching extra film as a group. Maybe that's coming in and staying later. Whatever it is, as an individual, as a team -- whatever you can do to help the team get better, guys are starting to step up and do (it). We'll be fine. We're going through some adversity. But at the same time, the sun will shine and the storm will go away."

Adams has recorded 31 tackles, one sack and one interception through four games this season.
The Jets host the 2-2 Denver Broncos on Sunday.
