February 27, 2020 Mike Puma of the New York Post provided more specifics on the situation, including some awesome news, he's been cleared to play!
Brandon Nimmo is receiving tests for an irregular heartbeat, a condition he has known about for years. Wore a monitor the last 24 hours, underwent a stress test. His wife tweeted earlier that Nimmo is not facing a serious situation.
