Didi Gregorius snapped out of his slump in a big way during Game 2 of the Yankees' AL Division Series against the Twins on Saturday evening.
Gregorius belted a third-inning grand slam to right field off Tyler Duffey that gave the Bombers a 7-0 lead.
Gregorius instantly knew it was out of the park, as he admired the towering drive for a bit before beginning his home run trot.

— New York Yankees (@Yankees) October 5, 2019The Yankees scored seven runs and batted around in the inning — they added another run after Gregorius' grand slam to go up 8-0. Minnesota used three different pitchers in the frame.
The Yankees won the game 8-2 to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series. Game 3 will be played Monday night in Minneapolis.
Gregorius batted just .170 (16-of-94) over his final 25 regular season games and went 0-for-3 in Game 1. But he was 2-for-3 Saturday, also singling and walking.
