Twitter Reacts To Derek Jeter's Hall Of Fame Election

Derek Jeter is Cooperstown, N.Y. bound.

Jeter was elected to the 2020 National Baseball Hall of Fame class alongside Canadian outfielder Larry Walker. He's set to be inducted in a ceremony on July 26. Jeter received 99.7 percent of votes from the Baseball Writers' Association of America, falling one vote shy of becoming the second Yankee to receive a unanimous election. He appeared on 396 out of 397 ballots.

It's insane to me that every single person voted "yes" for Derek Jeter to be in the Hall of Fame except for ONE PERSON.Their vote shouldn't count and they should be ashamed of themselves. How do you vote that DEREK JETER shouldn't be in the Hall of Fame?Deserved to be unanimous
