The Yankees are trading relief pitcher Adam Warren to the Mariners. In return, they will be getting $1.25 million in international bonus pool money, according to Mark Feinsand.

Warren is having a very impressive season out of the bullpen. In 30 innings, the 30-year-old has a 2.70 ERA and 37 strikeouts.

With the exception of 29 games in 2016 with the Cubs, Warren has pitched the rest of his career with the Yankees since 2012. Warren has a career 23-22 record with a 3.40 ERA and 388 strikeouts in 442 innings pitched.

Adding Zach Britton made Warren expensable to a bullpen that features Britton, Aroldis Chapman, David Robertson, Dellin Betances, and Chad Green. The Yankees have now added $3.75 million in international bonus pool money in three trades this week.
