It's only Week 4 of the NFL season, yet we have already witnessed enough craziness and drama to last us the final 14 weeks.

And to be honest, a large chunk of it came in Week 3.

The Cleveland Browns picked up the franchise's first regular season win since 2016. The Buffalo Bills, going on the road to Minnesota as 17-point underdogs, pulled off the league's biggest upset since 1995 and the third-biggest upset in NFL history. Oh yeah, and both teams were led by their rookie, first round quarterbacks.

Not too shabby, huh?

We also saw Jimmy Garoppolo suffer a season-ending ACL tear, while Andrew Luck's arm strength looks like a shell of its old self.

And we're still in September...

This season has been unpredictable, but one thing you can count on each and every week is WFAN's top waiver wire adds.

So without further ado, here are the top adds for Week 4 of the NFL season.

Quarterback

Baker Mayfield, Cleveland Browns - Could that have been a more storybook NFL debut for the first overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft? Mayfield was fantastic in relief of Tyrod Taylor, completing 73.9 percent of his passes (17 for 23) for 201 yards, in addition to catching a two point conversion, while leading the Browns to the team's first victory in 635 days. While the performance was great, let's keep in mind it came against the New York Jets... You aren't going to plug him into your starting lineup right away, but Mayfield is worth a stash on your bench, especially for those not starting an elite QB option each week (and even more so for those that just lost Garoppolo).

Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins - It may not be the sexiest of pickups, but Tannehill has sneakily been one of the most accurate quarterbacks in the league through the first three weeks of the season. His completion percentage of 73 percent currently ranks 5th in the NFL while his 9.28 yards per pass attempt ranks 4th, and the 30-year-old QB has also added almost 25 yards rushing per game. The Dolphins are sporting a receiving corps featuring some serious deep threats, which has helped Tannehill earn his 7:2 touchdown-to-interception ratio thus far. At the very least, Tannehill is a great streaming option in Week 4 going up against a Patriots defense ranked in the bottom 10 in passing yards allowed.

Other QBs to consider: Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals; Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills

Running Backs

Javorius Allen, Baltimore Ravens - I would normally never recommend picking up a running back averaging just 2.0 yards per carry on the season, but that just goes to show how much of a role Allen has carved out for himself in the Ravens offense. Despite his awful rushing stats (16 carries for 32 yards), Allen has solidified himself as Baltimore's goal line back, accumulating three short-yardage rushing touchdowns, in addition to the team's pass-catching back- the 27-year-old has 13 receptions for 70 yards and another touchdown through the air. He isn't going to rush for 100 yards, but if the Ravens get deep into their opponent's territory, you know Allen is going to get his chances to punch it into the end zone.

Chris Ivory, Buffalo Bills - This one depends on the health of LeSean McCoy, but if Shady doesn't suit up, Ivory makes for a solid flex option. Seeing extended action against a tough Vikings defense in Week 3, Ivory touched the ball 23 times for 126 yards. His rushing stats were nothing to write home about (20 carries for 56 yards), but the veteran more than made up for it in the passing game, catching three passes for 70 yards. Ivory's day could have been even bigger had it not been for Josh Allen rushing for two short touchdowns himself. With bye weeks set to begin, you could do a lot worse than Ivory in your flex this week (assuming McCoy sits).

Other RBs to consider: Wendell Smallwood, Philadelphia Eagles; Ty Montgomery, Green Bay Packers

Wide Receivers

Tyler Boyd, Cincinnati Bengals - Nice of you to join us in fantasy football relevance, Mr. Boyd. It took until his third year in the league, but Boyd has finally put himself on the map due to back-to-back games with six receptions and a touchdown. Over the last two games, the young receiver has caught 12 of 15 targets for 223 yards and two touchdowns, which is obviously admirable on its own. However Boyd was able to accumulate these stats against Carolina and Baltimore, two of the league's tougher defenses, making it that much more impressive of a feat. With A.J. Green as the receiver in Cincinnati most likely to garner double coverage, Boyd could be looking at a breakout campaign in 2018.

Calvin Ridley, Atlanta Falcons - Speaking of young number two receivers, welcome to the NFL Calvin Ridley! Atlanta's 2018 first round pick burst onto the scene in Week 3, racking up seven receptions for 146 yards and a whopping three touchdowns. Now we've all seen what the Falcons offense is capable of when functioning efficiently, which is what makes Ridley's upside too promising to ignore. Lining up opposite Julio Jones, Ridley will almost never see double teams from opposing defenses. As long as both receivers can remain on the field, there is no reason why both Jones and Ridley can't have dynamic seasons.

Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers - After a hugely disappointing rookie campaign in 2017, Williams has already topped his stats from last year, totaling 189 yards and three touchdowns through the first three games. Week 3 was far and away the strongest performance of Williams' young NFL career, as the 6-foot-4 receiver pulled in four of seven passes thrown his way for 81 yards and two touchdowns, including a spectacular diving touchdown catch in the first quarter. Williams is quickly becoming Philip Rivers' second-favorite receiver behind Keenan Allen, and figures to continue to play a huge role in the red zone.

Antonio Callaway, Cleveland Browns - Callaway looked poised to play a significant role in the Browns offense once Josh Gordon was dealt to the New England Patriots, which is exactly what he did in Week 3. The rookie managed to catch only four passes for 20 yards against the Jets, but the more important stat to consider was his 10 targets, finishing second on the team behind only Jarvis Landry. I've said it before and I'll say it again- fantasy football is all about volume. Callaway is in a position to receive a ton of targets for the rest of the season in what should be a good Browns offense with Mayfield under center. Between Callaway's speed and Mayfield's arm, the two rookies could be hooking up for a lot of big passes in the final 13 games of the year.

Other WRs to consider: Christian Kirk, Arizona Cardinals; Jakeem Grant, Miami Dolphins

Tight Ends

David Njoku, Cleveland Browns - There's no denying it- Njoku has been a huge disappointment so far. The second-year tight end showed flashes of greatness during the preseason, but after three games, he has only managed nine receptions for 69 yards. That is simply not going to get it done. His incredibly slow start may have led to someone in your league dropping the young tight end. If this happened, snag Njoku up as fast as you can. While a member of the Oklahoma Sooners, Mayfield had a tendency to lean pretty heavily on his tight ends, which we saw with Njoku during the preseason. With how weak the tight end position has been this year, Njoku is 100 percent worth the speculative add. If he isn't on the waiver wire, I'd even consider attempting to trade for the 22-year-old tight end.

Other TEs to consider: Austin Hooper, Atlanta Falcons; Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles; Benjamin Watson, New Orleans Saints
