Mike Tyson isn’t having the best week, and by now, everyone has heard the clip of Tyson not sounding too coherent in an appearance on “Good Morning Britain” on Tuesday.
Jerry Recco played the clip during an update on Wednesday’s Boomer & Gio Show, and it became the Moment of the Day as Gio jumped to Iron Mike’s defense – and showed off his British accent – in noting that it may have been the middle of the night wherever Tyson is when that interview aired.
“What if he takes like a sleeping pill or something to go to sleep – you wake him up in the middle of the night, he’s been hit in the head 10,000 times and smokes weed like constantly, and then you have two British people going, ‘HEL-LOOOOOOOO MIKE! GOOD MORNING!’ Of course he’s going to sound like that!”
At least he didn’t bring the tiger…
