The Legend of FLUMP and Joe Benigno is pretty good, and while it wasn't Moment of the Day, that's gonna be available elsewhere on WFAN's digital space.
Instead, Jerry Recco's choice for Moment of the Day is perhaps a great idea for a new movie – Al Dukes: Neighborhood Watchdog.
"I found the picture that Al took, and it's incredible to get a peek into his world – there's three empty beer bottles in front of a garbage pail, and Al writes, 'I would love to get a security camera on this scene. This is Fletcher Lake at the end of Ocean Avenue; every single day, there are Michelob Lager bottles left here within steps of the trash can. That is an older person's beer, so it isn't punk kids.'"
"It's like Al's been there five years instead of five months," Eddie deadpanned, to which Al responded: "I'm just trying to make a difference!"
This set Gio and Eddie off on all the groups of people Al seems to hate…and in the replay of the Moment of the Day, well, the Bradley Beach community Facebook page got a LOT of weird love.
