A Feel-Good Friday might not have felt so good for one WFAN staffer if, as they wanted to, Boomer & Gio were allowed to tase him on air for cash.
Of course, that event, much like many others recently on the show, drew some concerns on the part of our esteemed program director Mark Chernoff – but, in this case, his call into the show became Moment of the Day!
“We always have to get it to the nth degree, like we’re going to lose a license?” Gio asked Chernoff. “You’re telling me that if we bring in an employee and electrocute him, we’re losing a license? Seems extreme.”
“I think it potentially could’ve for some kind of event like that,” the boss shot back.
Gio then asked who the boss might want to electrocute if he could pick one WFAN staffer, and it was an easy choice: “Right now, it might be you!”
Gio brushed it off and said they’d do it at 9:30, to which Mark said: “Yeah, yeah, have a good day…a good weekend…a good life!”
That’s when Eddie chimed in with an epic Boomer drop, and, well…you’ll just have to listen for yourself!
