On Wednesday's Moose & Maggie Show, Nets GM Sean Marks revealed that he had conducted "about five" formal interviews for the Nets' head coaching gig, two of which were obviously new coach Steve Nash and former interim coach-turned-lead assistant Jacque Vaughn.
When Maggie asked Marks if he would shed light on the other names, though, the GM shot her down with a quick "nope" – and in doing so, became the Moment of the Day for Thursday's Boomer & Gio Show, with Gregg Down Under making its impression return.
"It's because I'm lying to you Maggie! What we did is, Kevin Durant wanted Steve Nash, and he needed a guy to wipe his hiney and treat him like the baby he is!" Gio as Marks said. "So we hired the guy, that's the truth, so stop asking me these questions and putting me on the stand here, will ya? We got the coach and now we're going to move on."
