Sometimes it's hard to correctly pronounce, or identify the location of, some part of your anatomy, but a mistake Gio's mother-in-law once made takes the cake as the unintentional comedy gold of all-time.
"So, I hear my mother-in-law on the phone one day talking to someone in Pittsburgh. She has three daughters – my wife is the middle daughter – and the oldest one was having some surgery done," Gio said, before launching into his impression of his MIL: "So I hear her go to this person, 'it's a shame what's going on with her! She had surgery on her labia!'"
Enough to make anyone do a double take, so Gio had to stop in his tracks and ask what was going on.
"I stopped and was like no way, and she said, 'Yeah she did! Her shoulder's been bothering her for a long time!' Gio laughed. "So I go, 'LABRUM! Not labia, labrum,' and she goes to the person on the phone, 'oh, sorry, labrum, yeah!"
Talk about a mix-up that could've been a backfire…
