Boomer & Gio need SOMEONE to fill in for Jerry doing updates next Friday – and with C-Lo unavailable, Peter Schwartz saying no, and every other well so far dried up, C-Lo advocated for an old friend: Caroline Jastremski, the sister of our former colleague JJ.
"We trashed Moose & Maggie for putting her on as a guest and now we're going to ask her to do updates?" Gio asked. "That doesn't seem right."
When reminded by Eddie that the trashing was because the midday show didn't ask Caroline about her, uh, trademark line, Gio went off on that.
"If they would've asked her about that, it would've been great, but they avoided it," Gio said. "It's like having Liberace on and not asking him about playing a piano, or Paul McCartney and not asking about The Beatles. You have to ask them about what they're most famous for!"
And in came Eddie with a Jerry drop: "SIT ON YOUR OWN FACE!"
"I don't remember saying that," Jerry said, and then in came an Al drop wondering what it means…and then another one that was just inappropriate!
