C-Mac: Mets proved they are clearly better, more fun team than Yankees
After watching the Mets pound the Yankees once again on Wednesday night, C-Mac says the team in Queens clearly has all the bragging rights, and Yankee fans simply have to sit there and take all the trash talk.
"I don't even remember the Yankees dominating Subway Series the way the Mets just dominated this Subway Series," C-Mac said. "The New York Mets just absolutely embarrassed the New York Yankees.
"They have lost series after series and have had ugly loss after ugly loss…it's been as ugly as you could have ever imagined for the Yankees…nobody has embarrassed the New York Yankees…nobody has rubbed the Yankee fans' face in it than the New York Mets."
Not only do the Mets get New York bragging rights, C-Mac says they get the clear label of being the better team in the city, even if the Yanks hold a better overall record.
"They have absolutely kicked the tar out of the Yankees in every single way," C-Mac said. "And they have proved without a shadow of a doubt who the better team in this city is, which team is more poised for a stretch run, who is more fun to watch, and who is better managed."
