A caller wondered if a win at Super Bowl XLVIII would put Patrick Mahomes on the cusp of being the greatest of all time, and C-Mac says the Chiefs quarterback is already there.
C-Mac believes Mahomes is already looking better than some of the best of all time, and he continues to build up the accomplishments. When it’s all said and done, C-Mac says Mahomes will be the undisputed GOAT.
“I respect the hell out of Aaron Rodgers. Always have,” C-Mac said. “Sunday to Sunday, Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks ever…I don’t think it’s a no-brainer, but I would never argue the opposite. I would never tell you Aaron Rodgers is better.”
C-Mac added that Mahomes is way better than Troy Aikman, John Elway, and Terry Bradshaw. As for Peyton Manning and Joe Montana, “He’s right there.”
“He’s won MVPs, and just watching him play - that play he made the other day, in the Baltimore game, where the play lasts about 45 seconds, he’s running all over the place avoiding the pass rush, he’s getting hit at his hip, looks like he’s gonna get folded in half, and he throws the ball perfectly to Kelce, who makes that diving catch. I don’t think Joe Montana could make that play,” C-Mac said. “He’s in the middle of his career. We are 3-4 years away from no longer having the debate, and I expect that to be the case. I expect him to be the greatest of all time overall.”
