“Jackass Forever,” the latest installment of the “Jackass” franchise, hit theaters on Thursday, and it will include a professional sports star from the New York area inflicting some serious pain.

Devils defenseman P.K. Subban confirmed via Twitter on Thursday that he makes a celebrity guest appearance in the film, and can be seen firing slapshots at one of the cast members, who has his legs spread open in net as Subban tests the protectiveness of a jockstrap.

In a photo shared by Subban, he is winding up high to take a shot while the cast member awaits his punishment, wearing the jockstrap in question and a set of goalie pads.

Regardless of how protective that jockstrap is, taking a slapshot from Subban is going to hurt. A lot. Back in 2018, at the NHL All-Star Skills Competition, Subban reached 98.7 mph on the radar gun during the Hardest Shot competition. Ouch!
