The Giants sit at 1-3 with three lopsided losses, most recently a 24-3 drubbing at the hands of the Seahawks at home.
Boomer says it has been enough of a sample size to formulate the opinion that the worst team in football resides in East Rutherford.
“Right now, it's probably, collectively, the worst team in the league, in my eyes,” Boomer said. “Statistics tell me that, the record tells me that, my eyes tell me that the way that they play, they come out flat in every single game. They're being outscored like 79-3 in the first quarter. I mean, the first half, it's ridiculous.”
Unfortunately for Big Blue, Boomer doesn’t see things getting any better, as Sunday could get ugly in South Beach.
“Now they're going against Miami, they have 2,044 yards, the most ever within the first four games in the history of the NFL,” Boomer said. “A team that scores about 37 points per game. Here's a team, the Giants, coming in scoring 11 points per game and averaging like 250 yards of offense.”
