Brian Daboll was, we’ll say, not pleased with the officials after Kayvon Thibodeaux was whistled for an illegal contact penalty during what would be a scoring drive for the 49ers on Thursday night.
The Giants had the Niners on 3rd-and-8 on the New York 12-yard line, and San Francisco received a new set of downs thanks to the penalty call that Daboll clearly disagreed with.
An irate Daboll screamed at an official as he removed his headset and punched the air, needing to be escorted back to the sideline during the tirade.
San Francisco eventually kicked a field goal to increase their lead to 23-12, as the Giants were looking to keep it a one possession game.
Instead, the Niners rolled the rest of the way, cruising to a 30-12 victory.
