C-Mac isn't buying Giants are in trouble against Raiders

C-Mac has heard the concerns that the Giants are in trouble this weekend against the Raiders, who many believe will play energized in their first game since the owner cleaned house and fired the head coach.

C-Mac isn’t feeling that sense of concern at all. In fact, quite the opposite.

“Right now, amazingly enough - I know this Giants season has been terrible…the season is dead, I’m as pissed at the coach as anybody - yet still, perception into this game is somehow, some way that the Raiders are in a better position than the Giants,” C-Mac said. “Their franchise is a joke. But because they fired their head coach who everybody hated…hey, they’re on the upswing!

“I’m sorry, when you fire your head coach, GM, and offensive coordinator in the middle of the night…excuse me if I’m not tickled pink because I see a video of guys playing basketball in the locker room.”

The Raiders have had little success as a franchise in recent years, and ownership firing the head coach, GM, and offensive coordinator should be a sign that things have unraveled once again, not that they are about to turn a corner with a fresh start.

“Excuse me if I don’t care about all the stats of firing coaches and what it can mean for turnarounds,” C-Mac said. “This is a lousy Raiders team. I don’t care what the perception is of the Giants. At 2-6, it’s pretty bad…I don’t care about the perception. I’m as frustrated with this team as anybody, and I want so much to change…but I refuse to still say that they are now worse off playing the Vegas Raiders as their franchise collapses.”
