The Giants are reportedly seeking insurance at the quarterback position after Daniel Jones and Tyrod Taylor’s injuries on Sunday, and one reported option is a familiar face.
According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Big Blue is working out free agent quarterback Jake Fromm on Tuesday, sparking speculation of a potential reunion between the two sides. Fromm played three games for New York last season while Jones recovered from a neck injury, and made two starts. He completed 27 of 60 passes for 210 yards, threw his first career touchdown, and threw three interceptions.

Familiarity could play a part in the decision, as Fromm knows some of the Giants personnel from last season and knows Brian Daboll’s system from his time on the Bills practice squad. Nevertheless, Giants fans didn’t seem too thrilled with the idea of watching Fromm under center again.
