Kenny Golladay limited in return to Giants practice

Kenny Golladay was limited in Thursday’s Giants practice, offering a glimmer of hope that the wide receiver might be ready to go on Sunday against the Raiders.

Golladay, who has been recovering from a hyperextended right knee suffered back in Week 5, signed a four-year, $72 million deal to come to New York this past offseason. Through five games with Big Blue, the former third-round pick has 17 receptions for 282 yards, and has yet to find the end zone.

While Golladay is now back at practice, the Giants could still elect to give him another game off, considering Week 10 is a bye and would offer Golladay and extra two weeks to recover. But New York is also without Sterling Shepard, who suffered a quad injury in Monday night’s loss to the Chiefs, while fellow receiver John Ross has been added to the team’s long list of injury concerns after he was limited in practice due to a quad injury of his own.

Kadarius Toney was also limited in practice due to his thumb injury.
