Odell Beckham Jr. has reportedly found his next stop.
According to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter, the former Giant has signed on with the Vikings, who will add him to their practice squad. The move reunites Beckham with head coach Kevin O'Connell, as the two were together with the Rams back in 2021.
Beckham signed with the Giants in the offseason, creating a hyped reunion that returned the three-time Pro Bowler to where he ascended to a star and one of the most explosive wide receivers in franchise history. The two sides endured an ugly breakup that resulted in a trade with the Browns, but seven years later, Beckham returned and improbably earned a roster spot after impressing John Harbaugh and company during preseason action.
Beckham did not see much playing time at all through three games with Big Blue, logging just one target in limited snaps before New York let him go. He spoke out on social media after the move, wondering if he was signed for the publicity of bringing back a former fan favorite.
The Vikings do not play the Giants this season, but they do travel to MetLife Stadium to visit the Jets on Jan. 3.
