Sunday night was the last time Gio will ever bet against Patrick Mahomes.
He was all in on the Bills finally solving Kansas City in the playoffs, as they were riding a six-game winning streak that included a win over Mahomes earlier in the season. But once again, Mahomes made it happen, and the Chiefs send the Bills home.
So, even if the top-seeded Ravens are favored in the AFC title game next weekend, Gio isn't touching it.
"Maybe this is the time somebody takes out Patrick Mahomes," Gio said. "But I can't bet against him anymore. I was all in on the Bengals last year in the AFC championship game, and here comes Patrick Mahomes and beats him again [Sunday], I was all in on the Bills, and Patrick Mahomes does it again.
"Even if I think that the Ravens are going to beat the Chiefs, I will not put a cent on the Baltimore Ravens. Patrick Mahomes has taken plenty of my money."
