Boomer: Jimmy Kimmel should 'slap a defamation of character' on Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers once again made waves on the Pat McAfee Show, saying “There’s a lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn't come out,” when talking about the potentially imminent reveal of the Jeffrey Epstein “list,” or names listed in court documents of people who continued to associate with Epstein after he was convicted in 2008 of procuring sex from a minor.

Kimmel responded strongly to the comments, posting on social media that he and Rodgers would settle it in court it the Jets quarterback continued to use “reckless words” to put his “family in danger.”

Boomer said, if he were Kimmel, he would already be working to get Rodgers in a courtroom.

“If I were Jimmy Kimmel, I would be slapping a defamation of character right on his ass,” Boomer said. “Quite frankly - and the way that Jimmy Kimmel responded - tells me that Jimmy Kimmel had nothing to do with Epstein.

“To have somebody come out and make that claim about you, that’s BS.”

Boomer understands Kimmel’s frustration with Rodgers, and wouldn’t blame him at all if he sought legal action.

“It’s very had to prove defamation of character, but to actually come out and say he was on that plane, or that he was on that list, I would be livid right now,” Boomer said. “I would be pissed. I would definitely sue him for defamation of character.”
