Gio recounts heated Aaron Rodgers debate he had at dinner with FS1's Nick Wright

Gio was out to dinner on Thursday night, and he wound up getting into a heated debate with FS1’s Nick Wright about Aaron Rodgers and his potential political future.

For Gio, he continued to stand on his belief that there is no chance Rodgers spurns football to be the running mate of a campaign that has no chance of success.

“It’s basically Nick and I going back and forth on this Aaron Rodgers thing…it didn’t get that bad, but it got to a point where Nick was like ‘I don’t want to have this conversation anymore in a restaurant,’” Gio recalled. “This whole him being VP has gotten so out of control that I just wish it would end now.

“I could be dead wrong about it…but I don’t believe there is a single percent chance that he is going to be RFK Jr.’s running mate. He’s not.”

The other guests with Gio bowed out of the debate, but Gio and Wright continued their banter for a bit, a debate that is certain to continue until Robert Kennedy Jr. names his running mate.

“This was the sticking point between Nick and I last night,” Gio said. “His point was that I was dismissing a lot of the Aaron Rodgers stuff because I didn’t believe he was going to be a vice presidential candidate…we were going around and around because of that.”
