The Jets have added one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, a position where they haven’t boasted a star since perhaps Joe Namath.
With the addition of Aaron Rodgers, Tiki says the 2023 Jets will be the best team the franchise has ever seen.
“This Jets team is better than any other Jets team that’s ever been,” Tiki said. “Because of their quarterback.
“Aaron Rodgers, they’ve gone all in on him, with a Super Bowl or bust type of mentality…Joe Douglas spent a lot of draft capital and free agent money to make this team viable.”
The Jets haven’t won anything yet, but on paper, armed with Rodgers, two Rookies of the Year on both sides of the ball, and a dominant secondary, Tiki says there hasn’t been a better version of Gang Green than what will take the field in 2023.
“Even if it’s for a year or two, you have to be excited,” Tiki said. “Because this might be the best Jets team we’ve ever seen.”
