After watching in person the havoc the Cowboys pass rush unleashed on the Giants backfield last weekend, Keith is convinced that Zach Wilson and the Jets are in a world of trouble against Dallas in Week 2.
In fact, it could get ugly.
“If you don’t think they’re not gonna try and take Zach Wilson’s head off, try and scare this kid, have this kid seeing ghosts like Daniel Jones was, you’re mistaken,” Keith said. “Those are some big, bad dudes over there…they look like hungry dogs. They were throwing the Giants offensive line around. They’re gonna try and do the same thing to the Jets.”
The Jets allowed some of the highest pressure percentages in the league in Week 1, but the defense did enough to get the win. The Cowboys, behind Micah Parsons, have an even more explosive pass rush than Buffalo, and Keith believes it is going to get to Wilson on Sunday afternoon, and likely secure the Cowboys a second straight lopsided victory to open the season.
“Vegas doesn’t believe,” Keith said, noting the 9.5 points being given to the Jets. “If you believe, don’t call me or tweet at me. Put some money on it, and we’ll talk about it next week.”
