After Sunday’s disastrous loss to Miami, Sal doesn’t want to see the Jets wait around and run it back with Aaron Rodgers next season.

He says it’s now time to blow everything up and even move on from Rodgers and build for the future.

“You watch this game, how can you not think you have to blow the whole thing up? And I mean blow it all up. All of it,” Sal said. “Sorry Joe [Douglas], bye bye. Sorry Robert Saleh, bye bye. Aaron Rodgers, [Nathaniel] Hackett, bye bye.”

It would mark one of the biggest disappointments in the history of a franchise filled with them, as Rodgers was seen as a savior, and lasting just four snaps would be an all-time dud. But Sal says it’s now for the best.

“You went all in for this year, it didn’t work,” Sal said. “Time to move on and start this thing from the ground up. Bring in a head coach who knows what he’s doing and draft your next quarterback. That’s your best chance of getting you out of this playoff-less rut that they’ve been in for a decade and a half.”
