After Wednesday's heinous tragedy at the Chiefs Super Bowl parade in Kansas City, Keith wondered if the nature of parades will be forever changed.
Moving forward, could championship parades see less access to the athletes, who may not want to be out on a float or in the crowd celebrating anymore after Wednesday's shooting killed one and wounded several others?
"Every parade, what do you do? Put metal detectors all around?" Keith said. "You can't do it all over the city and on every city corner and street…there's no way to stop some of these things. It's disturbing.
It bothered me.
"Does this change parades in our country moving forward?"
Keith doesn't know when the next championship parade will happen in New York, but it's not outlandish to assume that it will look a lot different than what we've grown accustomed to.
"It sucks. Can't have fun anymore," Keith said. "Can't do regular things in America that we all cherish, like parade day."
