Boomer and Gio celebrate 'one of the most satisfying Knicks win in a very, very long time'
Tuesday's game five between the Knicks and Pacers was arguably the biggest game for the franchise in 24 years, and the end result made it one of the most satisfying games in recent memory for Boomer and Gio.
"One of my favorite Knicks games I have seen in years was last night," Gio said.
Boomer agreed that the effort, bounce back, and end result given the circumstances and what was at stake made it the best Knicks win since perhaps the last time they reached an Eastern Conference Final, which they are now on the cusp of finally accomplishing once again thanks to Tuesday's victory.
"It doesn't get any better than that," Boomer said. "I would hope the Rangers take a page out of the Knicks book, because the Knicks were on fire. You saw the extra effort by Hartenstein, Josh Hart, Deuce McBride.
"I'm with you man. This is one of the most satisfying Knicks wins in a very, very long time."
