Tiki Barber’s one concern for the Knicks when it comes to their upcoming battle against the Heat is who could match Jimmy Butler on nights where the Miami star is going off for 50 points, like he did against the Bucks in the first round.
But BT says even if the Knicks don’t have that, they won’t need it, which is why they’re a lock to win this series.
“They don't need that, and that's the difference between the Knicks and the Heat,” BT said. “If the Heat don't get hero ball from Jimmy Butler, they can't even beat an average team. If the Knicks don't need hero ball from anybody to win.”
Indeed, the Heat will be heavily reliant on Butler going off in the upcoming series, while the Knicks have shown a balanced attack with a deep bench since Tom Thibodeau altered his rotations back in December. BT says the Knicks are deeper and more balanced, and they will be moving on when it’s all said and done.
“The Knicks are the absolute better team,” BT said. “And the Knicks are absolutely winning this series.”
