Craig Carton is riding high over his Knicks after watching them clinch their first series win in 10 years.
In fact, after beating the Cavaliers in five games, Craig is ready to say that New York will win its first title in 50 years.
"A Knick fan today is not being a fanboy or outrageous and saying out loud or to themselves, 'We have a legitimate shot at the Eastern Conference Final.' That's on the table," Craig said, before taking it a step further when Evan asked if he felt the Knicks were going to win it all.
"Yep. Yeah. I do. I think there are certain champions that sometimes things just set up right…I think the Knicks, it's all setting up right."
With the Knicks missing Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks, Craig says the path is being paved to the Knicks improbably winning the NBA Finals.
"I'm not gonna knock Philadelphia or Boston," Craig said. "They are both good teams and have been all year, and they still have to get past the Heat, but if you told me the Knicks could get to the NBA Finals and only have to beat the Sixers or the Celtics, and not one of those teams and Milwaukee?"
