The Knicks have all the dates for their second-round series against the rival Celtics, and now, nearly all of the start times have been revealed for the matchup that gets going Monday night.
There will only be one afternoon tipoff in the best of seven, which will come on game three, the first at Madison Square Garden. The only start time that has not been confirmed is game five, if necessary.
The series tips off Monday night in Boston at 7:00, and game two on Wednesday will have an identical start time. The series shifts to New York for game three on Saturday at 3:30, with that game airing on ABC (games one and two will air on TNT).
Game four is set for next Monday, May 12, at 7:30 on ESPN before heading back to Boston, if necessary, for game five on May 14, the only game with the start time still TBD.
Game six at The Garden would be on Friday, May 16, at 8:00, and a potential winner-take-all game seven in Boston would be on Monday, May 19, at 8:00 on TNT.
The Celtics are heavy favorites in the conference semifinal series after earning the two seed and beating the Knicks in all four regular season meetings. New York is looking to punch its ticket to its first conference final in 25 years.
